sectors. These events provide a unique platform for the youth to interact with
current world leaders, business magnates, and cultural icons, thereby bridging

“Better leadership would change a lot of things,” says Robertson. Her vision for
One Young World is to foster a new generation of leaders who are not only
knowledgeable but also empathetic and forward-thinking. The organization has
already seen significant impact, with more than 5.7 million people being
affected by its ambassador-led projects.
One Young World also emphasizes sustainability. Its Lead2030 initiative funds sustainable
development goals crafted by leaders under 30, providing substantial financial
support to young innovators globally. In 2022 alone, the program awarded
$875,000 to 17 prize winners from 12 countries, illustrating the organization’s
commitment to fostering impactful change.
